CONSULTATION and THERAPY: 3,100p per session (1 hour) (DISCOUNTS available; see PACKAGES on this page)
ASSESSMENTS: (E.g., Cognitive Abilities - Intelligence Testing - Academic Achievement -Dyslexia & Disgraphia - Specific Learning Disabilities - ADHD - Anxiety - Autism Spectrum Disorders- Asperger's Syndrome - Developmental Levels – Depression – Sensory Integration Dysfunction –Behavioral Problems - Temperament - Child-Parent Relationship And Attachment – Phobias - Others)
Assessment PACKAGES Available: Assessment is a complex multidimensional activity, often involving multiple measures and clinical observations of a child’s behavioral, cognitive, social-emotional problems / difficulties / delays, etc. In addition, sometimes several school and/or home observations are also needed, to achieve the most reliable and valid diagnosis. As with most things in life, good things take time, and it’s the same with psychological and developmental assessments. Typically, the more tools / measures are used, the longer it will take for the whole assessment to be completed, however the more accurate the final results will be, and the more effective the final recommendations and intervention will be.
For this reason, and to accommodate the financial needs of different families, Child Futures offers a menu of four assessment packages. Typically, a “package” will end up costing LESS than scheduling many separate sessions in a row.
(Note: these rates are not set in stone; the final rate may slightly vary, depending on the complexity of the case, and depending on the specific number of assessment measures / tools / observations used during the evaluations. DISCOUNTS are available, on a case-by-case basis.)
1) “Screener” PACKAGE: 8,500p. NOTE: because this is only a “screener”, a longer and more thorough assessment is often needed afterwards, to provide more accurate and reliable results (i.e., rule-out)
This package includes:

One session with the parents, to gather information on the specific concerns reported by them, as well as basic developmental history of the child and basic family history

One clinical session/ observation of the child.

One screening tool (i.e., very short assessment), used to detect the possible presence of psychological / developmental / behavioral problems in the child. NOTE: Further, more in-depth testing is often needed, to fully confirm the presence of a disability/delay/disorder, etc., and attain a more reliable and valid diagnosis.

One short session with the parents, where the results of the screener and relevant recommendations will be discussed.
2) Basic Assessment PACKAGE : 19,000p.
This package typically includes:

One session with the parents, to gather detailed information on the specific concerns reported by them, collect full developmental history of the child, family history, review the child’s medical and school history, etc.

Two (or more if needed) clinical sessions / observations of the child. NO school or in-home observations are provided with this basic package.

ONE assessment tool, used to measure / diagnose the specific reported problem or area of functioning.

One professionally written and typed report of the assessment, including sections on reported problem(s), assessment measures / tools used, findings, and recommendations.
NOTE: the many hours that it takes to write this report come included for FREE with this package, and are therefore NOT charged separately :)

One final session with the parents, where the results of the screener and relevant recommendations will be discussed. If needed, and at the discretion of the parents, a teacher may also be invited to this final meeting, to be informed of the findings, offer feedback and suggestions, and to see if the recommendations from the report may be properly implemented within the school setting or need to be fine-tuned to best fit the academic context.
3) Intermediate Assessment PACKAGE: 24,500p .
This package typically includes:

One session with the parents, to gather detailed information on the specific concerns reported by them, collect full developmental history of the child, family history, review the child’s medical and school history, etc.

One professionally written and typed report of the assessment, including sections on reported problem(s), assessment measures / tools used, findings, and recommendations.
NOTE: the many hours that it takes to write this report come included for FREE with this package, and are therefore NOT charged separately :)

One final session with the parents, where the results of the assessment and relevant recommendations will be discussed. 4) Advanced Assessment PACKAGE: 30,000p
This package typically includes:

Four to Six (if needed) clinical sessions / observations of the child.

One professionally written and typed report of the assessment, including sections on reported problem(s), assessment measures / tools used, findings, and recommendations.

One final session with the parents, where the results of the assessment and relevant recommendations will be discussed. Payment modality:

Payment for an individual session (e.g., for consultation) is due in cash or check at the end of each session.

Payment for an assessment or therapy “package” is due in full at the start of the assessment or therapy package; however a flexible payment schedule is also available (e.g., post-dated checks), on a case-by-case basis and depending on the specific financial needs of a family.
